The men stole a barrel from the basement of the main depot of table wines, but failed to deliver it home. They did not hold the barrel on a hillock and, in front of numerous witnesses, it fell into the river. All attempts to get her out of the water failed.

Ash, Shannon, and Wendy are all late. You know... LATE. As their collective anxiety grows, they band together to face their fears, confront the potential fathers, and egg a car or two. All part of the world's first maybe shower.

It tells the story of Marie, an austerely beautiful young peasant girl played by the French star, Annabella. She is seduced beneath a flowering tree by the admirer of one of the daughters of the prosperous family for whom she works, becomes pregnant and is cast out.

Elisa has lived with Manuela for five years but they have to separate. This is the last morning they spend together where they will try in vain to say goodbye. Naked, among the steam, they will go through the domestic fights, the affection, the anger, the guilt, the jokes and the sorrows; they will look at each other in detail, trying to capture the last fragments of a relationship that melts away, that goes with the water.

A feminine take on a Cassavetes drama, the film focuses on a group of women who have gathered for a surprise baby shower. However, as the female guests arrive (the household males having adjourned to an afternoon football game), the off-screen mother-to-be goes into premature labour, leaving the bored invitees to sip spiked punch and discuss the dearth of available men until the drunken boys return home, thus setting the stage for male/female confrontations, confessions and clumsy acts of copulation-notably while standing under a shower. An exploration of the contemporary trappings of male/female sexual politics.
